BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney based in Fort Worth, TX, to manage asbestos litigation and serve as local counsel for key client matters. This remote role requires Texas admission, with a preference for candidates also admitted in Illinois or Missouri.

You will handle asbestos cases, oversee discovery and trial prep, and provide in-person support for litigation matters while mentoring junior attorneys on strategy and deposition techniques.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Texas; Illinois or Missouri bar is a plus.
• 4–8 years of litigation experience, with depositions and motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead asbestos and complex litigation cases, managing discovery, trial preparation, and strategy.
• Oversee a high-profile caseload with autonomy and strategic oversight.
• Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, and experts.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and pretrial motions.
• Develop and execute trial strategy in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Serve as local counsel, offering in-person support for key litigation matters.
• Train and mentor junior attorneys in litigation and trial tactics.
