Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Omaha seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the firm's regional litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with asbestos dockets and a passion for building a practice in a collaborative environment. A portable book of business is not required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience focused on asbestos, toxic tort, or related defense matters.
• Strong written and oral advocacy with significant deposition experience.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of asbestos and toxic tort defense matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and conduct discovery.
• Attend hearings, take and defend depositions, and coordinate case strategy.
• Develop client relationships and provide timely reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
