Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for diverse age groups. You will administer and interpret a range of tests, provide diagnostic impressions, and deliver actionable recommendations within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible; 3+ years of psychological assessment experience.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise with psychoeducational and psychological assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication skills and collaboration with teams.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic tests.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and quality control.
• Deliver compassionate feedback in live testing sessions and via feedback videos.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy of testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments and virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person when indicated.
