Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. You will work on the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, focusing on ADHD, autism, and learning differences, with in-person and telehealth options.

The role emphasizes diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and actionable recommendations, collaborating with psychometrists and care teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience (children, adolescents, or adults).
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs ( ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological/psychoeducational assessment tools (BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.

Responsibilities

• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and oversee test administration and quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and create feedback videos.
• Maintain detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure testing data accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments and virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person as indicated.
