Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists for our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity. You will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD, ASD, and related conditions, using a range of instruments and providing tailored care recommendations.

Role supports both in-person and telehealth assessments, with opportunities to collaborate with vetted psychometrists and a flexible schedule. Prioritize accuracy, ethics, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program and current licensure in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization or eligibility preferred for telehealth practice across jurisdictions.
• Minimum 3+ years of psychological assessment experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations across age groups and provide recommendations.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a broad range of test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to oversee testing quality.
• Deliver feedback in person and via telehealth, including feedback videos when needed.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting; ensure data integrity.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery.
• Perform intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions as indicated.
