Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The role supports the Lyra Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, focusing on ADHD, ASD, and learning differences, with in‑person and telehealth delivery.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma)
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC)
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
• Experience conducting testing virtually
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
• Candidates must pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of all ages and their families by providing psychological evaluations
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and create feedback videos
• Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure testing data accuracy
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual delivery
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person as indicated
