Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience across software and systems.
• Experience with system, regression, user/acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automated testing.
• Agile environment experience and DevOps integration.
• Ability to translate requirements into test objectives and executable test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead test teams.
• Active Secret Clearance with IT-II eligibility and IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex software and systems testing programs.
• Supervise a team of test specialists and coordinate testing activities across organizations.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, and objectives.
• Translate requirements, use cases, and user stories into test objectives and test cases.
• Plan and manage system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automated testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases using automated tools.
• Analyze performance and test results against requirements.
• Lead test-data analysis and present findings to customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Operations, DevOps, development, and customers.
