Cognizant is hiring a Test Manager for Data Quality & Data Governance Testing to lead end-to-end testing across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake environments. You will drive QA processes, automation, and collaboration with Data Engineers and Business Stakeholders to ensure trusted data platforms.

This role offers remote work in the United States with a focus on governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Data Management and Quality Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading testing for enterprise data platforms and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Ataccama Data Quality and Collibra Data Governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing of DQ solutions across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake.
• Validate data quality rules, metadata, governance policies, and data lineage.
• Execute ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation testing for data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for DQ validation and data pipeline verification.
• Collaborate with data engineering, governance, and business teams to resolve defects.
