Job summary

TTC Global is seeking a Test Lead to provide independent testing leadership for a regulated utility CIS replacement on SAP IS-U. You will review the SI's testing approach, ensure coverage aligns with business risk, and guide SIT, UAT, conversion and deployment readiness.

Six Test Leads are being hired for this program. Remote within the United States with periodic travel to Columbus, OH, start mid November 2026, and fulltime or contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise application testing experience in large transformation programs.
• Direct experience leading testing for CIS implementations in regulated utilities.
• Deep SAP IS-U knowledge covering meter-to-cash processes.
• Ownership of test strategy, planning, governance, execution and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with System Integrators on testing deliverables and schedules.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps including test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS testing strategy and governance across SIT, regression, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with the SI to review and align test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria.
• Govern test execution with KPI reporting, risk identification, and readiness assessments.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to test results and defects.
• Coordinate integration testing across CIS ecosystem and connected systems.
• Guide data conversion validation, billing validation and go-live readiness.
