Job summary

AttainX, Inc. seeks a junior/mid-level Tester I to support testing of TripWire and OBP’s platform. The role involves executing and documenting tests for digital modernization, cloud integration, data migration, and automation under senior guidance.

Requirements include 2–3 years of QA experience, a CS/IT/engineering degree or equivalent, and strong test-method knowledge including API testing and automation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/engineering.
• Experience executing test cases, documenting results and defects, and verifying fixes.
• Familiarity with API testing, test scripting, issue tracking, and version control tools.
• ISTQB CTFL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing test cases and scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute tests to verify performance, effectiveness, and suitability across the lifecycle.
• Support testing using DHS procedures under guidance of senior personnel.
• Test web interfaces, API integrations, SaaS and cloud services.
• Verify authentication, access controls, and data upload workflows.
• Record defects with reproducible evidence and coordinate retesting.
