Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to represent the brand in stores across the Missouri and Illinois markets. The role focuses on daily coverage, merchandising excellence, and collaboration with store teams to execute promos and product placements.

A strong customer service mindset and physical readiness are essential. The position offers a base salary with a bonus program, a company vehicle, gas card, and maintenance program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to travel across markets.
• Able to lift, bend, and move products daily.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage using merchandising and order-writing standards; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage and support seasonal transitions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Respect safety policies and vehicle guidelines while driving across the territory.
