Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to work remotely with regular visits to our Des Moines, IA branch. The territory includes Des Moines, St. Louis, Ohio, and Kansas City, with travel up to 30%.

Base $70,000 + commission; OTE $105,000–$110,000; mileage reimbursement for travel. You will own the sales process, expand market share, and build long-term customer partnerships across HVAC, refrigeration, and foodservice equipment service.
