Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Material Characterization to grow Western region business of surface characterization instruments, including instrumented indentation, scratch testing, nanoindentation, and tribology.

This remote role covers all Western states with a base salary of $104,500 to $118,300 per year, uncapped commission paid monthly, plus a 401(k) profit-sharing plan and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years; travel up to 50–60% with pre-employment

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales of analytical/instrumentation strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation ability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong customer focus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a natural science or engineering; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new accounts; manage existing accounts.
• Present to audiences including C-suite, managers, and technicians.
• Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
• Travel 50–60% for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
