Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred, especially GM/Ford.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a territory independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow long-term relationships with dealership leadership and staff.
• Consult with executives to identify opportunities to increase accessory sales.
• Train dealership personnel on accessory sales strategies and processes.
• Achieve and exceed monthly territory sales goals through account management.
• Design showroom displays, merchandising, and incentive programs.
• Analyze dealership performance and propose profitability improvements.
• Support events, product launches, promotions, and manufacturer initiatives.
• Represent SWAG with professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.
