Luxury Bath & Kitchen is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join our Raleigh, NC team. You will meet with homeowners, present customized bath solutions, and guide decisions using our iPad-based sales system. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a commission-based structure and paid training.

Responsibilities include presenting, designing, pricing, and closing sales, while delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued.
• Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system.

• Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions.
