Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Territory Sales Consultant to join our Marketing and Business Solutions team in Boise. You will drive sales by building relationships with customers in your territory and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close.

Base salary is $60,000 with total first-year compensation expected at $85,000–$90,000 including commissions. Training occurs at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel during the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years outside sales experience required.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to schedule time effectively.
• Ability to create and maintain strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel about 50%, including training in Dayton, OH during first year.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales goals within assigned territory.
• Build and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account management.
