Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Land.com in Southern California. You will grow revenue by selling Land.com solutions, managing your own book of business, and meeting clients face-to-face as needed.

You will develop a deep product knowledge, own a territory plan with revenue targets, and build strong relationships with customers through consultative selling. A bachelors degree and 2+ years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a territory, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Current and valid driver’s license and driving record check.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Land.com product and pricing expertise to differentiate value.
• Own a territory business plan with revenue targets and growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
• Drive onboarding, training and ongoing account optimization.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast monthly revenue.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within territory.
