This home-based role requires travel up to 40% and in-person client meetings. Applicants should have 2+ years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Base salary range is $60,000–$70,000 plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan with revenue targets.
• Grow revenue through Land.com solutions and new logo acquisition.
• Build, expand, and leverage relationships with clients via consultative selling.
• Drive customer onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization.
• Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline and forecast monthly revenue.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within the assigned territory.
