Job summary

Cochlear is seeking an Engagement Manager I for the Portland area to drive B2C medical device sales within Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Las Vegas metro territory. You will leverage Cochlear’s product portfolio to nurture candidates and professional partners, plan community events, and coordinate mentoring volunteers while reporting in a compliant, data-driven manner.

The role requires up to 60% travel, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field or role.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Current and valid driver's license; access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales strategy to achieve yearly sales revenue targets.
• Act as Cochlear product expert to candidates and professional partners.
• Plan and execute candidate growth events and community relationships.
• Develop and nurture mentoring volunteers and candidate communications.
• Maintain compliant sales activities and accurate CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with B2B and CPNTM to support territory growth.
