Responsibilities include daily coverage, scheduling adherence, seasonal transitions, and capability-building for new hires. A strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance is expected, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-negotiated plan compliance and strong brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support capability building by onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
