Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality in‑store execution across multiple Texas markets. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

This role offers field travel, promotion execution, and development toward future leadership. The position emphasizes hands‑on field support, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and RTM

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.
• Ability to lift and move product (up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits and documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to maintain territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding and capability-building for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
