Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across multiple Georgia markets. The role focuses on in-store execution, promotional displays, and timely coverage of assigned routes.

You will document execution and maintain brand standards while collaborating with store teams. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Live inside the team’s geographical boundaries.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Perform daily coverage and store visits according to QA standards.
• Capture display photos and document execution using DMI and Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM to ensure coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth execution.
