Job summary

SANY America is seeking an Account Manager to sell a full line of construction equipment across the Pennsauken, NJ area serving the Philadelphia Metro and Delaware markets. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering rental and sales solutions while traveling within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in heavy equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field/remote

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction equipment or related industries.
• Experience marketing or selling heavy construction equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must reside centrally within the designated market.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospective accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend SANY equipment solutions, including new, used, and rental offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and activity records using CRM and internal systems.
