Job summary

Proof is seeking a motivated Account Executive to build and own a territory selling to plaintiff law firms. You will prospect, develop relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders, and work with Customer Success to turn logos into growing accounts.

This is a full-cycle role with territory ownership and uncapped upside. Qualifications include 2–4 years of B2B sales within professional services or legal tech, a proven outbound track record, strong communication with attorneys,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, legal services, or legal technology.
• Built your own outbound pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Communicate confidently with attorneys, firm owners, and operations leaders.
• Willing to travel 25–30% for prospect and customer visits.
• Resilient and coachable with pipeline and forecast discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and build outbound pipeline through targeted outreach.
• Win new plaintiff law firms by developing relationships with owners, attorneys, and operations leaders.
• Conduct consultative discovery to uncover workflow and reliability issues.
• Advance opportunities end-to-end from first conversation to close.
• Partner with Customer Success to hand off new logos for ongoing revenue.
