Job summary

Proof is seeking an Account Executive to own a territory and sell to plaintiff law firms. You will build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, cultivate relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders, and collaborate with Customer Success to convert new logos into growing accounts.

This full-cycle role offers uncapped upside, 25–30% travel, and a remote-friendly setup. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 OTE with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in professional services or legal tech.
• Proven outbound pipeline development experience.
• Confident communication with attorneys and firm leaders.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% for prospecting and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory with outbound pipeline via targeted outreach and referrals.
• Win new plaintiff law firms by building relationships with owners, attorneys and ops leaders.
• Run consultative discovery to identify workflow and visibility gaps.
• Advance opportunities end to end from first contact to close.
• Partner with Customer Success to set up for sustained revenue.
