Job summary

401GO is seeking a Tenant Support Manager to act as the primary operational contact for our enterprise platform tenants. You will guide compliance workflows, resolve platform-level issues, and ensure accurate admin functionality across high-volume partner environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 401(k) administration, ERISA knowledge, and experience supporting internal teams or external partners. This is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to the Head of Enterprise Platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 401(k) plan administration, recordkeeping, or compliance.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS rules, and common compliance testing.
• Experience supporting internal teams or external partners in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SaaS-based plan administration or recordkeeping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for the Enterprise Platform team on plan-level requests across partner tenants.
• Respond to support tickets and escalations within SLAs with actionable guidance.
• Collaborate with partner tenant contacts and internal teams to resolve errors and data discrepancies.
• Provide guidance on plan provisions, eligibility, and compliance workflows for enterprise plans.
• Document recurring issues and provide clear reproduction steps for bugs.
