Securitas Security Services USA is seeking a Remote Recruiter (Temp Position - Estimated Length 2-3 months) to interview, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions. The role collaborates with department heads to identify needs and source qualified candidates in a fast-paced, remote setting.

The position is remote at $20 per hour with a standard Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule and a 1-hour lunch. Primary duties include interviewing and screening for security officer roles and maintaining applicant

Qualifications

• 1 year+ security recruitment experience preferred, but not required
• Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial interviews and selects viable candidates for the next hiring stage.
• Reviews applications and evaluates work history, education, and qualifications.
• Matches applicants to job requirements using manual or computerized search.
• Informs applicants about duties, compensation, benefits, schedules and policies, and company expectations.
• Maintains records of applicants selected and not selected for employment.
• Performs other duties as needed and supports hiring teams as required.
