Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year+ experience in a Security role with recruiting/interviewing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication, organization and interviewing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates for security officer roles.
• Review applications, work history, education and qualifications for fit.
• Match applicants to job orders and explain duties, pay and schedules.
• Maintain records of applicants and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
