Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year+ experience in security with recruiting or interviewing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial interviews and selects viable candidates for the next stage of the hiring process.
• Reviews applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
• Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, using file search methods.
• Informs applicants about duties, compensation and benefits, schedules and working conditions, policies, and opportunities.
• Maintains records of applicants selected and not selected for employment.
