Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a TEM project professional to plan and deliver telecom expense management initiatives from kickoff to savings realization. You will inventory cleanup, audit carrier invoices, and manage disputes, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and measurable reductions.

You will coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams, support contract negotiations, and implement TEM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in telecom expense management, procurement, or IT project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and carriers.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TEM projects from scoping to closeout.
• Build and validate telecom inventories against carrier invoices.
• Audit invoices for rate errors and surcharges.
• Manage billing disputes and credit recovery until resolution.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and support contract negotiations.
