Job summary

Velocity is seeking a TEM Inventory Specialist who will work remotely. You will maintain centralized telecom inventories, validate charges, and support reporting for internal teams.

The role requires meticulous data handling and coordination with carriers to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in TEM, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of inventory data while ensuring governance and compliance across services and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on TEM or related field experience.
• BA degree or related work experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized telecom inventory (circuits, phone numbers, devices, carrier services).
• Support billing validation by ensuring invoices match active inventory and manage contract expirations.
• Produce inventory reports for management and TEM analysts and ensure data integrity across Velocity's TEM system.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of customer accounts for new and existing customers.
• Enforce telecom governance and inventory standards and document inventory processes.
