Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching seeks licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) for teletherapy across Virginia. The role offers the flexibility to create your own hours and work from home or any location within Virginia.

The position requires managing approximately 30 client sessions per week for full-time therapists, providing HIPAA-compliant services, and engaging with diverse populations.

Competitive compensation options and health insurance are available for those averaging 30+ billable sessions weekly.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; must be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
• Comfortable and equipped for remote work via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in 45-60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Contribute to MySpectrum's growth and development by providing feedback.
