Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching in Virginia seeks a Teletherapist to provide remote therapy sessions using a HIPAA-compliant platform. This position offers flexibility to create your own hours and the ability to work from home or your own office.

The ideal candidate will be an LCSW, LPC, or LCP licensed in Virginia, and will enjoy a competitive compensation based on a 60/40 split of sessions conducted. Health insurance and retirement planning benefits are also available, alongside a casual work environment that promotes creativity.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Virginia and eligible for insurance credentialing.
• Experience working with various populations is essential.
• Must have a HIPAA-protected space for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions.
• Complete necessary assessments and treatment plans.
• Participate as a critical part of MySpectrum.

Skills
