MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is looking for a Teletherapist to provide outpatient therapy via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. Candidates must be licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own hours while working with clients from home or your office anywhere in Virginia.

The role includes responsibilities such as client assessments, treatment plans, and maintaining progress notes. MySpectrum offers support with billing, marketing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Virginia and eligible for major insurance credentialing.
• Desire to contribute to a growing company and client needs.
• Flexibility and commitment to grow caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in 45-60 minute sessions.
• Complete client assessments and treatment plans.
• Progress notes documentation and strategy input.

Skills

Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia

Experience working with diverse populations

Ability to work remotely via telehealth
