Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking a Teletherapist (child, family, or adult) licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) to provide remote therapy across Virginia and beyond. The role supports a mix of full-time and part-time schedules, with 7+ sessions per week for part-time therapists and a steady client flow for full-time therapists.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as LCSW, LPC, or LCP and eligible for major insurance panels
• Experience with diverse populations is preferred
• Willingness to work remotely and provide teletherapy
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant space

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in 45–60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain progress notes and timely documentation
• Offer input on strategies and services to support clients
• Be an integral member of the MySpectrum team
