Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking a Teletherapist (child, family, or adult) to deliver therapy via HIPAA‑compliant telehealth from anywhere in Virginia, with in‑person support available at a North Chesterfield, VA office.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, a steady client flow, and credentialing support. Virginia-licensed LCSW/LPC/LCP required; comfortable with remote client sessions.

Qualifications

• Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) and eligibility for credentialing with major insurers.
• Experience with diverse populations and teletherapy environments.
• Ability to work remotely with clients and participate in team processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45–60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Contribute to ongoing care strategies and support client growth.
• Collaborate with the team and the practice to optimize outcomes.
