Job summary

MySpectrum is hiring Teletherapists to provide virtual therapy across Virginia with the option for remote work. You will manage a steady client flow and focus on clinical work while MySpectrum handles credentialing, marketing, scheduling, and billing.

We welcome LCSWs, LPCs, or LCPs licensed in Virginia (and other states). Enjoy flexible hours with strong support and a home office setup to serve diverse clients from your location.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Experience delivering teletherapy to diverse populations.
• Willing to work from home with a HIPAA compliant platform.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule including part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks.
• Complete Assessments, Treatment Plans and Progress Notes.
• Develop and adjust Treatment Plans to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to apply evidence-based strategies.
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure workspace.
