Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching seeks a Teletherapist to deliver therapy to children, families and adults via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Roles include 45–60 minute sessions with a typical caseload and flexible hours.

Full-time or part-time (minimum 7 sessions weekly) with remote work from home or private office. Credentialing support and practice infrastructure are provided to focus on clinical work.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurers.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing teletherapy.
• Must have high-speed internet access and a HIPAA-protected space for sessions.
• Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45–60 minute blocks.
• Complete Assessments.
• Complete Treatment Plans.
• Complete Progress Notes.
• Provide input about best strategies and services to help clients.
