Job summary

MySpectrum is seeking Teletherapists in Virginia to provide HIPAA-compliant teletherapy to diverse clients from the comfort of home. You will maintain sessions of 45–60 minutes and manage assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while scaling your caseload with our support.

We handle credentialing, billing, and marketing so you can focus on clinical work. A 60/40 split, health insurance after 30+ sessions, and a collaborative team await you.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; multi-state licenses encouraged.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to build a client base remotely and independently.
• Must have high-speed internet and HIPAA compliant space.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy in standard 45–60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments and treatment plans.
• Complete progress notes and input best strategies for clients.
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum and contribute to growth.
