Qualifications

• Experience in sales or call center environments.
• Ability to use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft apps.
• Strong voice communication and customer service ethics.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily.
• Document sales calls using provided hardware and CRM.
• Listen, assess needs, make recommendations, and overcome objections.
• Maintain high personal and professional ethics while achieving targets.
• Aim to complete at least 75 calls in an 8.5 hour shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Generate rapport and meet customer needs ethically.
• Competitive spirit to meet company goals.
• Complete background checks and drug screening.
• Multi-task with computer proficiency.
