Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. Board-certified or eligible psychiatrists provide care across the lifespan with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden. Our in-house support covers scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing, ensuring focus on patient care.

Total annual on-target earnings range between $325k and $375k, with base salary plus monthly productivity incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry services.
• Manage patient population across lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics).
• Adhere to standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to therapists and care teams.
• Maintain high-quality care with autonomy and appropriate scheduling.
