Talkiatry, a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice, is seeking psychiatrists for 100% remote outpatient care with predictable W-2 compensation and extensive benefits. You will control your schedule and session structure, see patients from children to geriatrics, and rely on in-house scheduling, billing, licensing and a robust referral network to minimize administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry.
• Lower to moderate acuity patient population.
• Lifespan patient mix: children to geriatrics.
• Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups.
• Full operational support: scheduling, billing, intake, licensing.
• No inpatient or crisis coverage.
