Job summary

Talkiatry seeks psychiatrists for 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry practice. Board-certified or board-eligible MDs/DOs with unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, minimal administrative burden, and full operational support including scheduling, billing, and licensing. Compensation is W-2 with benefits, featuring a total on-target earnings range of $325k–$375k per year, base salary plus a guaranteed monthly productivity incentive

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services.
• Maintain clinical autonomy within established standards.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network of therapists.
• Participate in scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing processes.
