Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking psychiatrists for 100% remote outpatient care across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. You will have control over your schedule and session length, with a fully supported practice model that covers scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

The role offers board-certified or board-eligible physicians a stable W-2 arrangement with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
• Treat children, adolescents (with board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatry), adults, and geriatric patients.
• Utilize standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to therapists and leverage full operational support.
