Talkiatry is a physician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care across the lifespan. Clinicians enjoy predictable W-2 compensation, benefits, and control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population.

We provide full operational support, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing, with an in-house referral network and a strong emphasis on clinician autonomy and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry.
• Care for lower to moderate acuity populations across lifespan.
• Establish session structures (60-min intakes, 30-min follow-ups).
• Coordinate with in-house referral network and support teams.
