Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. Psychiatrists enjoy predictable W-2 compensation, comprehensive benefits, and freedom to customize their schedule, patient population, and session structure.

The role focuses on outpatient telepsychiatry across the lifespan, with sessions of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-ups. Full operational support is provided, including scheduling and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry services.
• Care for patient populations across lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, geriatric).
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• No inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage in this role.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network and management teams.
