Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote, outpatient care for patients across the lifespan. Psychiatrists enjoy predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and substantial clinical autonomy with in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing support.

Positions are full-time or part-time with an annual on-target earnings range of $325K-$375K, plus employer-paid health/dental/vision, malpractice coverage, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
