Job summary

Talkiatry offers 100% remote outpatient psychiatry with board-certified clinicians. You will manage a broad patient population, including children to seniors, within standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.

We provide fully supported operations, licensing assistance, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) and generous PTO. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services.
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations across lifespan.
• Adhere to standard session lengths (60-min intakes, 30-min follow-ups).
• Collaborate with in-house referral network to therapists.
• Leverage full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination.
