Qualifications

• Associate degree and professional nursing license required.
• RN or LPN license in good standing where you work.
• Compact State License may be required in eligible states; willing to obtain.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong telephone-based communication and customer service skills.

• Provide telephonic professional nursing services to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Answer questions, offer resources, and route referrals as needed.
• Document patient interactions and follow-up outcomes clearly.
