UBC is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Clinician to provide professional nursing services remotely across the United States. The role emphasizes motivational interviewing, patient support, and education within pharmaceutical client funded contracts.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, a compact license or multi-state eligibility, and 2-5 years of experience. Strong data entry, teamwork, and stakeholder communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse in good standing with the state(s) where you work.
• Willing to obtain or currently hold a compact/ multis state nursing license.
• 2-5 years of nursing or telephonic nursing experience preferred.
• Basic database and office navigation skills required.
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing is highly desirable.
• Strong customer interaction and multitasking abilities.
• Telephonic nursing experience in pharmaceutical product support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic professional nursing services to support client contracts.
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to support patients.
• Perform risk assessments and education on home injections and disease states.
• Enter data and maintain accurate call summaries for program records.
• Collaborate in program trainings, orientation, and meetings.
• Support callers and refer to approved resources when needed.
• Participate in special projects related to contract performance.
